We have had a major pest problem for a while and tried to fix it ourselves. Eventually, the rats got into the car engine and caused major damage and the black widows made their way inside the house. Enough! Our neighbor started using Official and recommended them to us. I say that because the Guy that came to our home had great customer service skills, he was very patient with us, our dogs/rabbits, he had a great conversation,a very humble man I say that to say I really appreciate and recognize that type of service because U(we) just don’t get that type of service to often anymore!! I have been impressed so far with the services from Official Pest Prevention. The technician seemed very knowledgeable and addressed my biggest concern which is rats in the attic. traps have been set in the attic and bait placed outside my home. I was told about a product they have if one of these rodents dies in the attic. I have had this problem off and in for several years and was not pleased with the previous provider who I contacted. Also it was hard to find a pest control company willing to go into the attic.
